Situated on a 200-Acre Land in Mersin
AVES has established Turkey’s largest fully integrated oilseed processing and biodiesel plant on a 200-acre land in Mersin.
84,000 Cubic Meters Silo and 28,000 Cubic Meters Tank Storage Capacity
The facility includes an intelligent shelving storage system with a capacity of 8,000 Euro pallets, covering an area of 3,000 square meters.
A 220,000 Cubic Meter Capacity Facility
Ranked as Turkey’s third-largest petroleum and vegetable oil storage facility, AVES completes its supply chain with the SAVKA offshore ship loading/unloading port, providing a significant logistical cost advantage compared to its competitors.

Turkey’s Largest Peanut Processing Facility with a Daily Capacity of 400 Tons
AVES, having initiated its Peanut Processing facility in Silopi district, Şırnak in 2022, accomplished the investment in just one year, operating on a 30,000 square meter area with a storage capacity of 20,000 tons, producing 400 tons of in-shell and kernel peanuts daily.

This results in an annual production of 1 million tons of vegetable oil, bran, and biodiesel.
Direct Procurement of Oilseeds from Farmers in Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine
AVES directly sources oilseeds from farmers in Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine. After oil production, it introduces the high-protein content bran to the Turkish livestock sector, including poultry and cattle. With a crushing capacity of 450,000 tons and a bran storage capacity of 84,000 cubic meters, AVES stands among the leading companies in Turkish feed raw material production.
Expanding Market Share with the SAFYA Brand
AVES, with its SAFYA brand, guarantees the same quality from the first to the one millionth bottle, steadily expanding its domestic and international market share. Exporting Safya sunflower and corn oil to more than 70 countries, AVES oversees the entire production process from field to table.

With the 220,000 cubic meter capacity facility in Mersin, Turkey’s third-largest petroleum and vegetable oil storage, and the SAVKA offshore ship loading/unloading port, AVES maintains a significant logistical cost advantage over its competitors.
Adding a New Dimension to Its Activities
By inaugurating Turkey’s largest pistachio processing plant investment in Silopi, Şırnak, in 2023, AVES has added a new dimension to its business activities. Covering 30,000 square meters with a storage capacity of 20,000 tons, the facility achieves a daily production of 400 tons of in-shell and kernel pistachios.
